Apply for Birth Certificate

Now first and the foremost thing you need to do is apply for the newly born child certificate. The place to get the birth certificate depends upon the place where the child is born you can get the birth certificate for e.g. you can get the birth certificate at municipality office. Remember there are other government bodies also to get the birth certificate. Also the hospital where the child was born would have a form which you need to fill out very carefully with all details mention as that form is sent in the government body.
